OnBoarding New Partners

In a recent P2Podcast we heard from our guest Partner Manager with thoughts on how they Onboard Partners. This was quite insightful.

They have a defined process they have built from experience/ they know what it took to get their successful Partners generating Revenue fast. They provide "Bite Size" pieces of information, assess the Partners ability to execute that step, gradually provide more information.
Very much like a dance. INFO - TEST / INFO - TEST......

They also use various forms of communication:
-Group Calls
-Recordings from Sales and Customer Support
-1:1 Calls

They lean on Account and Channel Mapping to identify overlapping Accounts to create Targets and Red Flag Accounts to eliminate others.
